Worst,Worst,Worst experience ever had from anywhere else. Customer Service is So bad here. Today we went there to install new car music system for Mercedes. First we waited there for almost 1.5 hours and after waited that much time the owner came who deals with every client he said we have to wait 2.5 hours more. And then after waiting again for that much time we asked him when will you work on our car but again he said you have to wait 2 hours more and said if he still doesn’t have time then you can just leave the car there or you can just install it from anywhere else. He WAS SO RUDE WITH US AND ALSO HE WAS JUST FIXING OTHER CAR BY WATCHING THE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE. i will suggest to everyone if you want good service and good work then don’t go there

He doesn't even deserve a star because he do not even have the manners to speak. And he was fixing the car by watching it on YouTube. Sometimes he was calling someone. and we asked him, "If you don't know how to install it on our car, please don't do it. So please don’t waste your money 💴

Fast, outstanding service and top quality selections. Thank you to Alex, Mario and Miguel for their excellent customer service and installation of a new radio head unit for my car. Sound Waves is the best place to go for your car’s audio needs!!

I went to this store to have my car speakers replaced. From the first moment of interaction with the representative, it was the start of a great experience. This shop has been providing car stereo services for many years, and the experience of the employees shows it. They were polite, very helpful and very skilled. The prices there are highly competitive and their work quality is outstanding. My new speakers were installed in less than an hour, the price was very good and the customer service was outstanding. There was no damage or dirtying of my car and the new speakers sounded great. Today's visit was not my first. I have had several sound system related transactions at Sound Waves during the last nine or so years. They have always exceeded my expectations.

Buyer beware!!!! do not take your business here I bought me a BRAND NEW viper car alarm model 3100 from Sound Wave and had it installed there, a few months later my alarm started acting up, I would go driving and it would just go into anti-theft mode where the car would just shut off and wouldn't start I called sound wave to let them know what's going on and to ask where is the reset switch / valet switch he told me they don't install those on viper models????? I told him that's fine I'll just have my car towed home upon further inspection tucked away really good low and behold there was the valet switch and since I was already there i might as well take a look at the box , WOW!!!!!!!!!!! The box was a used one, for the reason is that the warranty label was already torn WOW!!!!!!!! that is SHADY at its finest, if you like throwing your money away go here, buyer beware!!!!!!!!!
